Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If the item has been deemed to be used, a refund will not be given and the item will be returned to you at your expense. Please include all packaging with your return. Note that special and custom orders are non-returnable. Allow four to six weeks to process your return.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond with instructions on how to return your item. Cherry Blossom Design does not cover return shipping costs.
Shipping Policy
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please note order processing time is one to three business days. Cherry Blossom ships to the United States only at this time. We ship via United States Postal Service. Orders over $50.00 receive free USPS shipping. For faster delivery time, choose Priority Mail Express.
